Long-necked Seed Bug - Myodocha serripes

Long-necked Seed Bug - Myodocha serripes
Limestone Valley, Baltimore County, Maryland, USA
June 6, 2008
Size: 5-8mm
found at night

Not a nymph
it seems to have full-grown wings. You might browse assassins for a possible match - narrow neck and strong forelegs look right for that family but I don't know which, if any, are this small.

They do look like assassin bugs. See these images.

Help
Thanks to both of you for the help. Lynette I do love your photography as well.

Thanks John
Your stuff is great. You should consider filling out your bio page with at least your camera equip. info. You have some wonderful shots(like this one).
