Size: ~3mm.
Seen in our garden, on Argyranthemum frutescens. (live oak/chaparral habitat).

Torymidae…
Thought this might be a fig wasp, but the head shape is wrong. A short stigmal vein and extruded ovipositor make this a female torymid.
