Looks to me like a stilt legged fly, as Herschel suggested. Compare to:

Looks like a Micropezidae. Though the face seems slightly off. May be the angle. Impressive family. Often you will find them extending those forelegs to immitate either Carpenter ants or Ichneumid wasps depending on who you ask. Florida seems to have more than its fair share of these.
