Sinuous Snaketail
This is definitely a Sinuous Snaketail (Ophiogomphus occidentis) and should be moved to that species' page.

Looks
like a Snaketail (Ophiogomphus). Of the few in your area, I would say O. occidentis (Sinuous Snaketail).

Clubtail
The widely separated eyes and bulge in back indicate a clubtail (family Gomphidae). I can't be any more specific -- I have a field guide for Massachusetts.
