Size: ~4mm.
Collected in our yard by using a beating sheet. Looks similar to . (live oak/chaparral habitat).

Look At Wing Patterning
Looks like more patterning on the T. oregonus wings. Take a look at Texananus excultus page and see what you think.

Paraphlepsius
Texananus have white spots on the wing margins, not pale crossbands.
