Theridion
Spiders of the Eastern US, Howell and Jenkins, pages 111 - 112. Troy's look very much like Theridion frondeum.

and it doesn't help that it's listed as frondeum here.

and moved these images there. We don't know how we decide at this point. We wish we knew more.

I can't find a written description of pictipes. It seems that frondeum is much more common, but that's about all I know (except that it matches image and description in Spiders of the Eastern United States.
