Have it with cockroach or without? And I think that single toothed claw is definitive as well. Great wasp if this is the creature.

checked it under the microscope, and it does have bifid claws.

without cockroach, although a week earlier i found one that looked just like this at lake fayetteville with a roach... no camera or net. i am not sure about the bifid claw... i am going to stop by the museum tomorrow and i will look at it under the microscope.
