Long-legged

Long-legged "Stilt" Crane fly, 6:07pm - Limonia
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
September 1, 2008
I thought I had a Stilt bug here, but then found out the Stilt bug is a type of assassin bug. I have observed these before in wet weather, strangely clinging to underneath of leaves and "shaking" really fast. I have filmed this particular action in England.

Moved from Limonia.

Looks like
a crane fly of some type but I'm not familiar with species.
