Strategus splendens
Unlike most species of this genus the males have only a small apical horn, [females completely unarmed] not the two prominent posterior ones on the pronotum. This is a small species restricted to the SE coastal plain - good shot. Purportedly a palm feeder.

let me rephrase
You're right it's big, but other species in the genus like S. aloeus can get up to 60mm in length.
