THIS GUY WAS JUST WALKING IN THE SAND, DOESNT APPEAR TO HAVE WINGS. WHAT IS IT

Looks like a dobsonfly larva


No idea which species (there are a couple in your area). The larva are aquatic and crawl out of the water to turn into adults.
