Size: wasp about 2.5 cm long
This black and yellow wasp was feeding upon this spider, still in the web, in the University of NB woodlot. I took about 25 images and 2 short videos, of which these are the best 2.

Moved
Moved from Orb Weavers.

It appears to be the other way around, the spider is eating the wasp. Spider hunting wasps do not eat the spiders they catch instead they take it back to the nest to feed the larva that are going to hatch.
