Pollen laden bee . . . of some sort - Lasioglossum - female

Pollen laden bee . . . of some sort - Lasioglossum - Female
Elkton, Douglas County, Oregon, USA
July 17, 2008
Size: approx. 1/2 inch
I purposely mow the lawn only three times each summer and never water. First first two mow times are to get the high grass down and eliminate the fire hazard, which allows the dandelions and other ground flowers to bloom. This bee, and many others like it seem to revel in the yellow flowers. Any idea which bee dresses this way?

halictid female
probably a Lasioglossum, as T2 appears to have a basal hair band, but I'm not certain

Wow -
that is one pollen-covered bee - moving to Bees for now...

Someone told me
this might be a Willow Mining Bee. Couldn't find a page for it in the guide, though.
