Gymnocheta sp.
I have word from Jim O'Hara, North American Dipterist Society, this is a female tachinid, genus Gymnocheta.
Can someone add this genus to the guide, please?

Tachinidae.
Pretty sure this is a tachinid fly, though I've never seen such a brightly metallic one:-) Cool.
