Using the USGS "Tiger Beetles of Washington" (http://www.npwrc.usgs.gov/resource/distr/insects/tigb/wa/toc.htm), the elytral pattern matches Cicindela tranquebarica though the green color does not (http://www.npwrc.usgs.gov/resource/distr/insects/tigb/wa/90.htm). Yet some West Coast subspecies are green. Another possibility is Cicindela bellissima, though the elytral pattern where the longest stripes reach the outer edge of the elytra does not match (http://www.npwrc.usgs.gov/resource/distr/insects/tigb/wa/11.htm).
