Looks like M. rhombifolium, and a female. Yes, they get pretty big! The tell-tale shot in this case is the head and pronotum. The front edge of the pronotum would have an inconspicuous tooth in the center if it was M. retinerve. I don't see that here. Plus, M. rhombifolium is much larger than retinerve in my experience.
