Looks like a
Masked Chafer
,
Cyclocephala
, though this does not have a strong mask. Abundant under my porch light right now--I have to sweep them away every morning.

Phyllophaga sp.
I can see why thought Cyclocephala, but the emarginate clypeus is a dead giveaway.
