Superstitionia donensis
This little critter is Superstitionia donensis (Family Superstitioniidae). It has a wide distribution, from SW New Mexico in the Peloncillo Mountains, west into Arizona and Sonora, Mexico, Baja California, and NW to southern Nevada and in California as far north as (so far) Panoche near Fresno.

Not a "deadly" species. We have none native to California that can be considered a "deadly, however there are a couple of pockets where Centruroides is introduced however this is not that genus. Dont know my scorpions well enough to tell you more though.
