Pupa on Kousa Dogwood Leaf - Euptoieta claudia

Size: 1 inch +/-
Found on underside of Kousa Dogwood leaf at 5 p.m. on Sep 20, 2008. Color aqua with black spots around gold spikes. These spikes are in 2 rows at forward section & 3 rows on back portion. There is a 'saddle'with black swirl markings.
