Robber Fly - Scathophaga

Robber Fly - Scathophaga
Pike County, Ohio, USA
September 20, 2008
We saw this small robber fly - I believe it is a robber fly - on the margins of one of southern Ohio's finer prairie remnants. It was lying in wait on the top of a leaf and was quite approachable. If any robber fly experts can offer a more specific identification, I will be grateful. Thanks for any help!

Not Robber
This is a dung fly (Scathophaga sp.) of the family Scathophagidae.

Thanks!
Thanks, Stephen! It looks like a good match for Scathophaga sterdoraria on page 305 of Kaufman's insect guide, but I imagine there are other options that look similar. I appreciate your expertise!
