Size: ~3cm.
Saw this guy in our yard today, it had pale color wings when it flew. I believe it is another . Live oak/chaparral habitat).

Yep, that's what he is
This is a male, and he looks pretty typical for T. pallidipennis. Getting the hind tibiae (can see that they are yellow in the second shot) is always a great help.
