Camptoprosopella sp.
Hello,
This is a species of Camptoprosopella. Note sure which species without seeing minute characteristics.

Fruit Fly
I think it's a fruit fly - Tephritidae.

I doubt it. I am more inclined to a member of the Lauxaniidae.
