Help ID This Lacewing - Ceraeochrysa
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA

I have been unable to find any match for my lacewing (red traverse markings on thorax and near antennae) on Bug Guide. The guide page referenced Florida Ag's key did not offer any conclusive information. Somebody is bound to know what it is. Will that someone please step forward? Thank you.
