Size: 11 mm
Found on a sidewalk. Captured and measured. I think this is Pachylobius picivorus, but I've had trouble misidentifying this species as Hylobius pales so am posting these to verify the identification. Compare John Maxwell's photo:

i'm not comfortable without a good closeup of metatibial apex; John Maxwell's photo shows it very clearly

To me, the spines and that indented cusp at the apex of the tibia look like that shown in John Maxwell's excellent photo:

I don't have access to a key, but here is the relevant (I guess) part of a description:
Tibiae short and thick, dilated outer apical angles (Florida Dept. Agriculture--PDF).
