Detail of right metatibia and tarsus, ventral view. Shows character for Pachylobius? To me, the spines and that indented cusp at the apex of the tibia look like that shown in John Maxwell's excellent photo:

Quoting the description given by the Florida Dept. Agriculture (PDF):
Tibiae short and thick, with dilated outer apical angles.
