Our first thought is Linyphiinae
Did you have to flip this image over? Was it hanging under a web?

well...sort of
I didn't flip the image...I flipped me. :) I slid in under the shrub this spider was in and shot the image up toward the sky. So, yes, it was hanging under the web.
