Eumorpha for sure
Not a Pandora but in the same genus, Eumorpha. I'd guess Eumorpha fasciata the banded sphinx. I don't have any direct experience with bandeds but it seems to fit and many of it's hostplants grow in wet areas - even in water - as your photo seems to suggest.
