Tentative ID...
This resembles the 12-spotted tiger beetle (Cicindela duodecimguttata). They are known to hybridize with C. oregona and possibly other species in western Colorado.

punctulata
This guy is C. punctulata. Check out the barely discernible punctures along the elytral suture. This species is a good deal more slender than duodecimguttata.
