Moved tentatively
Color pattern seems a match, habitat and location are also indicative of unispina. It is a nymph in September, and I would imagine AZ C. strictus are all adults at that point. The ovipositor, though not fully developed yet, seems too short to be strictus, especially given the development of the wing buds.

Moved from Straight-lanced Meadow Katydid.

Conocephalus strictus

Conocephalinae.
Meadow katydid, nymph, female, probably Conocephalus, but not positive.
