Color correction?
Nice images, but monotone, and I'm not sure if that was your intent or not. The insect is not blue or even bluish. I like these aesthetically, just not for identification purposes and comparisons.

Color Adjustment
I let my software auto adjust the color on the original images. I have replaced the images. Hopefully this will improve the usefulness.
