Size: Maybe around 18 mm?
My measurement is more or less nose to wingtip. Came to the light at night. Maybe Orgyia, but which one? I'm guessing Orgyia definita (Definite Tussock Moth - Hodges#8314)

Orgyia, yes...
O. definita is the closest match I can find too...
