Brachyleptura rubrica--found on flowers - Brachyleptura rubrica

Size: 14mm
I believe this is Brachyleptura rubrica (Say) but would love to hear from one more expert than I. Found a pair mating on a flower I couldn't identify--some sort of Compositaceae.
