Size: 3 mm (approx.)
It reminds me of the front half of an acalyptrate joined with the back half of one of the small syrphids.

Frit fly.
The very broad ocellar triangle (in this case it is literally a brown triangle at the crown of the head) gives away the family (Chloropidae).
