Small Brown Moth - Lascoria ambigualis - male

Small Brown Moth - Lascoria ambigualis - Male
Stafford, Stafford County, Virginia, USA
July 1, 2005
Attracted to porch light. I'm having trouble with the ID. I feel as if I should know it. Any help appreciated.

8393 - Ambiguous Moth - Lascoria ambigualis
A somewhat lighter photo might have made it easier to find. Looks like a male.

Thanks Bob
Ambiguous is one of the moths I had listed in my notes among others. This was one I debated posting because of the poor photo quality but I just had to know what it was.
