Mole Cricket - Neocurtilla hexadactyla
Grantsburg, Burnett County, Wisconsin, USA

Size: around 2 inches
I am thinking Northern Mole Cricket. First one I have ever seen.

Area is very marshy, brush prairie, with lots of sandy soil.

Any help on confirmation of ID or further specie detail appreciated.

Quite right
A northern mole cricket; Neocurtilla hexadactyla (Perty, 1832). This one is a male.
