Thank you, Eric. Since early August, I've shot around 2,000 JPEGs (including test shots) of aquatics. I've finally settled on a "baseline" setup and technique that I believe will consistently give me the kind of results I'm looking for, at least for aquatics measuring, say, 5 mm or larger. (Of course, there are always water mites to consider....) Thanks for the encouragement.
