Barce fraterna.
Thanks to the close-up lateral view of the head, I can conclude this is positively Barce fraterna. Twenty-two millimeters is a bit too large, though. Specimens from Virginia have varied from 9-13.5 mm. Emesaya is larger than indicated, and lacks the "horn" at the front of the head.

I'm a little foggy on the body length, so it may not be correct. I didn't record it and took these images over a month ago, so I'm going on memory here. I have a large backlog of images since the beginning of last August.
