Enchenopa binotata
This species feeds on bittersweet (Celastrus spp.); its horn is longer than that of E. brevis and more erect than that of E. porrecta, which feeds on redbud (Cercis canadensis).

This was found on redbud in TN--based on your statement above, I am presuming it is E. porrecta:

I guess the crest is more porrect than in the photo above.
