Tibicen linnei
The wing margin is straighter in T. linnei and the "node" (where the veins meet the wing edge near the midlength) is closer to the base of the wing in that species.

Are you implying that this is pruinosus? It's still hard for me to tell the difference based on the photos of the two species on bugguide.
