You mean 'what?
I use white card board to pose the living animal. Then I go to photoshop elements and brighten the highlights until the background is a clean white. The insect is usually not affected as its colors are more in the medium range.

This is a yellow version of A. expansa, and the nymphs are less heavily maculated, so it may be a different (possibly undescribed) species. Do you have any close-up shots of the nymphs?
