Pipe Oragan Mud Dauber - Trypoxylon politum

Pipe Oragan Mud Dauber - Trypoxylon politum
Fort Custer Recreation Area, Augusta, Michigan, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, USA

Organ pipe mud dauber.
This is an organ pipe mud dauber, Trypoxylon politum. If you can get a more lateral (side view) shot of the abdomen, I can tell you which gender. Males have a prominent hook on the first or second sternite (can't recall which at the moment).
