size underestimated
if the BL is 7mm, the grassblades would be, like, .6mm wide -- which is unrealistic

I am almost certain this is in the tribe Harpalini, but anything beyond that would just be a guess. It has the general appearance of a
Notiobia
or
Anisodactylus
, but once again, it's almost impossible to spot ID most carabids of this tribe from a photograph.
