TachFly

TachFly
Kennebunk, York County, Maine, USA
July 6, 2005
Size: abt 12mm body length
Looks like a Tachinid Fly, but I can't go further...hope the black/white abdomen and neat white shoes help in ID

Moved

Moved
Moved from Tachinidae.

Tachinidae
not Zelia, but not sure what it is

Tachinid
This is something close to Zelia though I am not sure it is in that genus. If it is then it is a different species than I am seeing here. I think it is in that tribe in another genus.

Flesh Fly
I think this is a flesh fly, Sarcophagidae. Abdominal markings and bristles / setae on abdomen..
