The sides of this spider look very similar to my previous submission, but the top looks very different. Are they the same kind of Lynx Spider?

probaby a Western Lynx see here. I've linked these two image together. They are the same spider, correct?

 
Same spider?
I guess there is the possibility they are the same specimen, however, I tend to think the possibility is highly unlikely - though the images were taken at the same clump of blackberries, they were taken almost a month apart. This image was taken July 12, while the other image (with more distinct patterning) was taken a month earlier, on June 18.
