Flat Bug - Quilnus niger

Size: 6mm (1/4")
Genus Aradus ?

Please help with ID.

Moved
Moved from Aradus.

actually, I think it is Quilnus
genus Quilnus, used to be a subgenus of Aradus, still in the subfamily Aradinae

Citation for generic status
Is there a particular paper that promoted Aradus (Quilnus) to genus? We normally follow Nearctica and I'd like to cite a reference on the genus page if we use a different classification.

(Nearctica and ITIS say subgenus. Faunaeur says genus.)

Aradus, yes

Aradus niger Stal
The pronotum is trapezoidal and it is black, making it Aradus niger, the only Aradus with these characters.
