Is this a brachonid or ichneumon (or neither)?

probably brachonid or ichneumon, but a shot of the wings would be useful.

 
I wish...
I got only 3 shots and none were of the wings. He was moving fast.

 
I'll say
Ichneumonoidea for sure, just to open it up for Eric to immediately know exactly which Horntail it is! :-)
Just kidding, I think Ichneumonoidea is plenty safe for now, and maybe Eric can do something with his winter ID project.
