Size: 1cm
Some sort of Chalcid, but I can't find a match in the guide for it. Any help would be appreciated :-)

The humped back and folded wings are typical of family. It looks like yours is a male. The female ovipositor comes up over the back. Ours in California are yellow and black. It seems that those from the southeast have more red.
