Amaurochrous ovalis doesn't show up in the UNH website, but this bug was found at the beach, so maybe it came in on some driftwood.

must be cinctipes
A. ovalis is only known from NC-SC. A similar specimen you sent me pushes the limits of the characters of A. cinctipes, but genitalia confirm its identity.

See

Amaurochrous ovalis??
