Not an ID but
I wonder about Theridiidae (Cobweb Spiders). I haven't checked to see if the eyes are correct but it makes me think of Parasteatoda, but this is all just "feeling".

I'm thinking that too. Not sure beyond that.

 
Pimoa?
I'm thinking this is a species of Pimoa, family Pimoidae. They used to be in the Linyphiidae. You should have Jay Barnes or Jeff Hollenbeck look at these images to confirm or refute, though.
