Size: <1/2 inch
Like the other bee posted today that I think is the male Agapostemon, I normally see a number of these bees at the same time, but today this one was all alone.

Augochloropsis male
Note vibrissae (short white bristles in a row) at the apex of the second metasomal terga (=2nd segment of apparent abdomen).
