Size: 11 mm
Apparently a different individual from the one Stephen and I posted from 8/10/08. This one was found on a car on 8/9/08, just as the one the next day. Body length was a bit smaller--11 mm.
Edit: Dr. Kevin Hoffman, author of genera Dicromantsispa, Leptomantsispa, etc., informs me via e-mail (11/21/08) that these are, in fact, Leptomantsispa pulchella.
